We have more exhibitors and vendors than ever, but we still have space available at Coney. If you are interested in exhibiting, please reserve your space by June 2 to ensure you get the space you want and inclusion in our program and on our website listing of exhibitors and vendors (with a link to your site).

Official sponsorship of one of the following Paddlefest activities with program and website recognition, banner placement where appropriate and ability to place brand, product or personnel in sponsored area. Sponsorships available on a “first come, first to get the naming rights basis:”
Parking Sponsor (2) $1,500 each - Sponsoring company receives signage and banner throughout Coney Island parking lot with company name and logo. Costs cover Coney Island parking fees.
Ohio River Music and Outdoor Festival Stage Sponsors (2) - $1,500 each. Prominent signage on main music stage at Ohio River Festival at Coney Island. Maximum of two sponsorships available to cover cost of staging, lighting and sound system.
Finish Line Celebration - Stage Sponsor (1) - $1,500 - Prominent signage on music stage at Finish Line Festival at Serpentine Wall to cover cost of staging & sound system.

Friends of Paddlefest - $250-$500

You can be a supporter of Paddlefest and get appropriate recognition on our website and in our program by underwriting one or more of the following activities:

Friday activities/events:

Wooden Boat Show Sponsor (1) $500 Signage and exhibit booth at wooden boat show site at Ohio River Festival to cover costs of tenting and promotion.
Shuttle Bus Sponsor - $250 per bus, 10 total buses. Get your ad on the side of the bus you sponsor.
Paddling Film Festival - $250 - covers the cost of film rentals and tent.
Boat & Gear Consignment Sale $250 - Your company logo/signage at Ohio River Festival to cover costs of promotion.
Silent Auction - $250 - Your company logo/signage to cover costs of tent and promotion of silent auction.

Saturday activities/events:

Scholarships for inner city paddlers - $250 will underwrite the cost of registration, insurance and canoe rental for four inner city teen paddlers and two supervising adults to paddle the Ohio at Paddlefest.

Volunteers/Sponsors Recognition Party (to be held in July) $500 covers costs of snacks and beverages to thank all of our volunteers and sponsors. Your company sign and logo to be prominently located at our party venue TBD.
