Volunteers

Organizing the Ohio River Way Paddlefest and the Kids Outdoor Adventure Expo weekend  is no small task. More than 400 volunteers are involved in the planning process each year. From stuffing goody bags to registering paddlers to loading trucks, every volunteer helps make the event happen. The challenge each year for the Ohio River Way Paddlefest is to continue the recruitment of great volunteers needed to staff the activities over the entire three-day weekend.  Having enough volunteers is critical to making the entire event run smoothly, safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Paddlefest would like to invite groups and clubs to participate as volunteers in this event to earn money, have fun  and help out a great cause.  Athletes, students, seniors, teachers, service personnel, Boy & Girl Scouts and naturalists are among the many who volunteer their time in order to help out at the event each year.  If you are signing up as a group a stipend is available to groups of at least 10 or more.  Please download and fill out the Group/Charity Form.  If you would like to volunteer individually, please use the online form button below to sign up.

If you would like to sign up as a group click on the Group & Charity Volunteer Form fill it out and send it to Paddlefest, PO Box 11624, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Or, fax it to 513-297-7585 or email it to info@ohioriverway.org.
